We’re recognizing World Elder Abuse Awareness Day on June 15!

The FBI Community Relations Unit and the FBI National Citizens Academy Alumni Association (FBINCAAA) are partnering on a nationwide event. In observance of World Elder Abuse Awareness Day on June 15th, the FBI Louisville Citizens Academy Alumni Association and FBI Louisville Field Office will be hosting a national elder abuse/fraud webinar in Louisville, Kentucky.

Join us in person for a special viewing experience of an exclusive webinar where FBI speakers will address this important global issue affecting seniors.

PURPOSE:

  • Raising awareness of this problem to protect the safety, dignity, and rights of older adults.
  • Creating communities where older adults are valued, respected, and supported.
  • Building knowledge and strategies to identify, address, and prevent abuse.
